A Gianluca's company is responsable as general manager of this project, both for leasing and for managing the center. This project is located in Leccio, near Florence, about 200 mt far from the Gucci famous center The Mall. The Castle outlet is made of two separate commercial buildings.The structure is composed of four levels and two blocks: two levels are underground in common for the two buildings where the car parking is located. The two buildings have different sizes: the largest one is divided in six stores at the ground floor and six at the first floor with a commercial, warehouse/office destination. The other building is smaller and divided in three stores at the ground floor and three rooms for office/warehouse at the first floor. The façade of the commercial area is made of glass windows. Surrounding the buildings at the ground level, a pedestrian area with a garden, relax patio and coffee bar. There will be an internal court between the two buildings which can be reached by elevators and escalators from the parking as well. Trees will surround the whole lot adding a nature touch and a relaxing feel to the shopping.
