The “Glam Mall” project was born in Santhià, in a very interesting area considering the catchment and the purchasing power potential. Unfortunately this project had several ups and downs and the closeness of some strong competitors made very difficult the realization of this project. Even if the basis, in theory, both commercially and architecturally, were solid, the project never started successfully; probably the sequence of the concept was not correct: in fact the building was finished even before the marketing and leasing activity was neither thought nor started.
